24 Segmented Commutator For DC Motor
1. Commutator Description
The 24 Segmented Commutator includes a reversing base made of bake lite powder material and a hook-type reversing copper sheet uniformly arranged on the circumference of the reversing base body. The characteristic is that the reinforcing ring arranged in the reinforcing ring groove is surrounded by multiple rings. The number of ceramic beads is the same as the number of hook-type commutating copper plates.The top of the hook-type reversing copper sheet is provided with a hook. Reinforced ring grooves are provided on the upper and lower end surfaces of the reversing copper sheet, and the adjacent hook-type reversing copper sheets are insulated and isolated by mica sheets.
