Ferrite permanent magnets are the cheapest type of magnetic material. Compared with other magnetic materials, they have relatively low magnetic properties but strong anti demagnetization ability and excellent corrosion resistance. They are commonly used in DC motors.
Working temperature
The maximum operating temperature of ferrite magnets is about 250 degrees Celsius or higher, and the Curie temperature is about 450 degrees Celsius.
Good corrosion
Ferrite magnets have good corrosion resistance and usually do not require coating or electroplating.
