6641 DMD is a three-layer soft composite material made by coating modified polyester film on both sides with heat-resistant adhesive and bonding polyester fiber non-woven fabric.6641 F-Class DMD insulation paper is used for slot insulation, pad insulation, and turn to turn insulation in stator windings of motors and electrical appliances.

Product Features:

6641 FDMD insulation paper has good mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and high heat resistance (B and F grades), and is a standardized insulation material for Y series motors.

F grade, with good dielectric properties, high heat resistance and mechanical strength;

Suitable for use as insulation for ordinary and wet tropical electrical troughs, inter turn insulation, and pad insulation for Class F insulation, as well as for electrical coil insulation.

It can be used as slot insulation, turn to turn and layer to layer insulation, pad insulation core, and transformer insulation for small and medium-sized motors.
