High Quality Class H NMN 6640 Insulation Paper Motor Electrical Insulation Paper Material

The NMN 6640 polyester film polyarylamide fiber paper soft composite material is composed of two layers of polyarylamide fiber paper and one layer of polyester film bonded together. The adhesive used is acid free and heat-resistant.

6640 NMN insulation paper combines the good flexibility of polyester film, excellent mechanical strength, dielectric properties, and the good tear resistance and paint absorption ability of NOMEX paper, making it a reliable heat-resistant F and H class motor insulation material. Has excellent mechanical and dielectric properties, as well as good heat resistance, tear resistance, and paint absorption ability.

Application field of NMN 6640 insulation paper

6640 NMN-H insulation columns are used for slot insulation, pad insulation, turn to turn insulation, slot wedge insulation, and interlayer insulation in F and H class low-voltage motors, electric tools, and electrical appliances.

Characteristics of NMN 6640 insulating paper

H-grade is a soft composite material with a heat resistance grade of H (180 ℃), which has good dielectric properties, high heat resistance, and mechanical strength; Such as tensile strength, edge tear resistance, and good electrical strength. Its surface is smooth, and it can ensure no faults when using automatic offline machines to produce low-voltage motors.
