This ceramic magnet ring is a radial ferrite ring magnet for motor magnetic rotary encoder sensors.

The appearance of ferrite ring magnet is smooth and flawless, with high dimensional accuracy, good consistency, subsequent processing, stable performance, shock resistance, and complex products. It is an indispensable signal source and constant magnetic source for micro-motor and automation industries. No other magnet can replace and match the sex.

The magnetization method of the permanent magnet can be single magnetization in the axial direction, multi-stage magnetization in the radial direction, or compound magnetization in the axial and radial directions.

Injection molded magnet (PPS+ferrite);

Ferrite plastic magnet (nylon 6/nylon 12);

The binder used in injection molding magnets is thermoplastic, and there are two types of nylon (PA) and polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) on the market. The widely used nylon variety in the industry is PA12, which has low water absorption and excellent mechanical properties. PPS has good high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and is insoluble in known solvents below 200 ° C. Compared with the two, the latter is more conducive to use at higher temperatures and harsher environments.
