Segmented starter motor Commutator
Our commutator is widely applied the different industrials.
1) The commutators for power tools: electro motors, grinding machines, drilling machines, hammers, electrical planer ect.
2) Commutators for household appliances: air conditioning, or other household appliances.
3) Commutators for automotive industry: windscreen wipers, fan window lifts, ABS baking systems, etc.

1.Free form bubble more than 1mm and cracks in molded resin surface
2. Voltage test: 1)Room temperature: between shaft hole and commutator segment ＞150MΩ
2) Heating: 140℃ within 1 h, between shaft hole and commutator segment ＞100MΩ
3. I.D. Precision of commutator: With bush: H7/ Without bush: H8
4. Spin test: under 180±2℃，3000rpm, 3mins, the max change in OD is 0.01mm and the mas deviation between bar to bar is 0.003.
5. Insulation resistance: the insulation resistance is greater than 50MΩ under 500V.
